Zoey Panzarino

Zoey comes from a strong educational background with a BS in Science for Business Marketing. She is not only a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) but also a FOCA Certified Coach and holds a J3U Certification in Level 1 and Female Coaching. Before diving into coaching, Zoey built a successful career in product development and ingredient formulation, specifically focusing on nutraceutical supplements and specialty foods and beverages.

Zoey's track record as a coach is impressive. She's guided two athletes to earn their IFBB Pro status in Wellness and Bikini categories, mentored an INBA Men's Bodybuilder to a world championship, and helped five competitors become OCB Pros in Bikini and Figure. Zoey is not just a coach but an accomplished athlete too, an IFBB Pro who earned her card at the NPC Nationals in 2018 and has competed in 24 shows across the NGA, NPC, and IFBB since her start in 2016. ↓

Beyond the weights and macros, Zoey is a major foodie who loves to travel and hike, exploring new places whenever she can. Though she currently resides in Las Vegas, her heart belongs to Florida—the beach is her ultimate happy place.

As a seasoned coach, Zoey's ideal client is someone committed to making long-lasting changes and who can openly and effectively communicate. Her coaching philosophy encompasses clients ranging from those aiming to become top-level athletes in the NPC, IFBB, and OCB, to beginners in the infancy stage of their fitness journey needing guidance through a flexible dieting approach towards sustainable results.

Zoey values explaining the "why" and "how" behind every decision and adjustment, believing that understanding fosters confidence in the plan, leading to improved adherence. She's not afraid to give tough love when necessary, maintaining a real and honest rapport with her clients.
