I love the fitness industry and especially enjoy how it works with everyday life to combat eating disorders, depression, and overall well being. Helping people feel their best, while learning to balance everyday life through flexible dieting is what brings me the most satisfaction. I am married to my best friend, E! We have a 16 year old daughter named Kennedy and two pups, Hash (Boxer) and Finley (Goldendoodle). We live in Texas, outside of Dallas and love to travel! Our favorite cities are Miami and Las Vegas! We are big in the rave community and you will find us headbanging at the rail at festivals all over the country and world.
