Applying for coaching and making the decision to join was definitely a leap. It wasn’t easy. I am not big on asking for help. I was nervous and honestly doubting myself. I imagined coaching to just be a “here’s your workout and here’s your nutrition”, but it’s so much more. Coaching with BA, and Meg specifically, I have grown in more ways than just physical. Shane is the best lifestyle coach I’ve ever worked with and the only coach I will ever use gong forward. His positive attitude is refreshing during the weekly assessments he provides. He’s also extremely knowledgeable with anything lifting and diet related. I always get a detailed, science backed response when I ask him about the latest fitness trends I see on the internet.

It’s amazing to have a coach that believes in you! I had so many people just give up or say I have no idea what to do next. My body is one that hoards weight, losing is unbelievably hard, and despite my own hard work never would budge. Christy has been with me when I was freshly diagnosed with hypothyroidism and slowly we have rebuilt my metabolism. We aren’t done yet, but we are on our way! She never doesn’t believe me when I have no answers for why my body acts like it does, she’s open to hearing ideas, and we work TOGETHER! She’s always available and when she knows I’m crying she is with me-but only a moment do we let it get to us-then back to work-and we celebrate big when we get those wins! It’s a journey and I’m glad she’s with me!
